Shipyard Infrastructure
The yard is housed in 4.5 Acres of land, which was bought outright by the Company in December 2006 at Panavally an industrially backward area at Aroor, Alleppey District, Kerala, India. We propose to use cradle mounted using fixed rails launching arrangement.
Surface preparation and painting.
We have facilities for shot and/or grid blasting in specially designated blasting area. Handling equipments.

Electric Power:
500 KVA high tension Electricity Board Connection. 2 numbers 125 KVA Diesel Generator Sets. Yard Lighting:
Yard is being properly lit for the purpose of Night Shift working. Plate bending machine:
One number plate-bending machine -2.5 Mtr width x 32 mm thick x any length.
Storage Facilities:
- One number Bonded Store for Customs.
- Two number General stores.
- Ample Steels storage yards.
- One number machine and work shop.
Staff facility:
- Canteen and rest area and proper change room including showers and toilets.
- Proper first aid and emergency.
- Staff bus facility provided.
Others:
Yard is fully equipped with necessary accessories, tools and equipments to work two shifts with about 20 gangs of 7 person each. | | |
